Your foreman and his men are fabulous. They have gone beyond our expectations of what we have experienced in the past and what we have heard from friends who have had work done in their yard. They have nightmare stories to tell.
Your men are courteous, hard working and pleasant to have around. They respect our privacy, our property, and our desire to have the job done well and on time. It is so pleasant to know they will be here every weekday morning on time and that we can trust that and lean on their proven track record. I have never had to make one phone call to find out where they are because they did not show up. That is wonderful!
I must also say, that they do not show up to just "get the job done", but rather they take great pride in doing it well. Their rock laying is outstanding, well thought out, and seems to be as precise as laying rock can be.
Thank you for training them well, picking quality people and creating a philosophy of quality that cannot help but shine through on the job. (Your foreman is a fine person, always willing to help, explain, guide his men well, and he always does it with a smile on his face. Don't lose that guy!)
I also want to say that we have spent a fair amount of time with others in your organization and also find them to be outstanding as well. They have been so very helpful, patient and professional.
